RETURN POLICY

We place a strong emphasis on the quality of our product. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee refunds or returns for change of mind. 

All orders received are final & goods will be shipped as per the order form, so please make sure you double check all details entered. If it's too late & you see an error, drop us a line as soon as possible & we will make the change if it hasn’t been shipped out yet. All errors will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases.

However, if you have any issues with or unhappy about any aspects of your purchase experience, please email us through contact us page and someone from our team will get back to you and we will try to make it right.

For merchandise & brew equipment, if it is broken or defective upon arrival, you may return & exchange the product within 7 days of receipt of the order, but no later than 20 days from purchase date. Get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can get back with further information.

If you want to return merchandise or brew equipment that is NOT broken or defective, the product must be unused, in its original packaging. If we receive the product & it appears to be used a refund may not be processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the shipping cost for the return of the product.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request via email. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. If it is a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. If it is an exchange we will dispatch the replacement item within 5 business days of approval.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable & you would be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
